Tuition Policy
Tuition is divided into ten equal payments due the first of each month in the month preceding the month of attendance. A non-refundable registration fee is due at time of registration. The first payment is due by August 1st to cover September tuition. This first payment secures your child’s enrollment in our program. The 2nd payment is due September 1st to apply to October attendance and ends with your final payment May 1st for June. A late fee of $2 per day will be assessed for all late payments. A $10 change fee will be assessed for altering child schedules. Beachwood Nursery School expenses are paid by tuition; therefore, no deductions will be made for daily or extended absences or emergency closings. Snow days will be added to the end of the school year according to the number of days missed during the school year. We require a four week written notice prior to a student withdrawal before prepaid tuition can be refunded. Please contact us for information about the tuition policy for delayed starts for new infants. Payment online by credit card is available for tuition payments with no additional fee. The summer program is billed separately.
We participate in the New Jersey's Child Care Subsidy Program for tuition assistance for eligible families, administered through Ocean County's childcare resource and referral agency, The Children's Home Society (CHS of NJ). Please call us or send a message via Contact Us for more information.
